For DCT clutch packs, turbo wastegate actuators and electronic modules we lean on genuine GWM/Haval OEM or quality refurbished units, because the Chinese aftermarket on those specific items is patchy. We don't fit parts — we're an aftermarket supplier, not a workshop. What we can supply is the part: the dry-clutch DCT shudder on the 1.5T Jolion 7DCT is typically resolved with a full clutch pack replacement plus a TCM relearn done by your fitter. Aftermarket clutch kits run around R8 500 to R12 000 plus labour; a genuine GWM unit is higher again. Some shudder cases are software-only and clear after a Haval dealer TCM update — worth ruling that out before buying parts.

There's no fixed service interval — Haval treats the chain as a lifetime item. In practice the GW4G15B 1.5T on the H2 develops chain stretch and tensioner wear from roughly 120 000-160 000 km, often signalled by a cold-start rattle, P0016/P0017 codes or rough idle. A full chain kit (chain, tensioner, guides, sometimes VVT actuators) is around R3 200 to R4 800 aftermarket. We supply the kit only — labour is around 6-8 hours at an independent workshop.
