Yes. For most Land Rover models we can source genuine OEM parts and quality aftermarket equivalents from suppliers across South Africa. Aftermarket usually saves 30-50% on the OEM price for routine service items, while OEM is often the safer choice for emissions, drivetrain and air suspension components. Your quote will list both where they're available so you can choose.

Stocked items inside Johannesburg usually go out same-day or next-day via courier. Parts we have to pull from a second supplier in JHB typically land within 1-3 working days. Cross-border or imported components (rare Defender items, early Range Rover Classic parts) can take 7-14 days — we'll confirm an honest ETA on the quote, not a guess.

Often yes. The Defender has an active SA aftermarket and we work with breaker yards and specialist importers across the country. Pre-2007 Td5 and 300Tdi parts are still well-supported. Very early Series III items or hard-to-find body panels may need to be imported. Send us your chassis number and a description of the part and we'll tell you honestly whether we can source it and what the lead time looks like.

For many components, yes — body panels, interior trim, glass, lights and certain mechanical items are routinely sold second-hand and work fine. We avoid used safety-critical or wear items such as brake hoses, airbag modules and worn-out air struts. If used is a sensible option for a part you need, we'll say so on the quote and price both used and new side-by-side.
